Well, we do love a bit of custom corten work!
The team recently completed two custom Corten steel laser-cut signs, designed to bring a unique and industrial feel to our client's space. Corten's distinctive weathered look adds character while holding up over time, which makes it a good fit for outdoor signage.
That weathering is the whole point. Corten forms a stable surface layer that slows corrosion down, rather than flaking away the way mild steel does. Same rusty look. Very different lifespan.

Off the back of that work, we were asked to produce a set of custom numbers for a new subdivision on Waiheke Island, all cut to the same design so the development reads consistently from one property to the next.
That's the sort of job laser cutting is made for. Once the design is right, every piece comes out identical, and the whole set runs together rather than one at a time.
It also shows where this work can go. We're based in Tairua, but a designed and laser-cut piece doesn't need us on site, so it can head anywhere in the country.
What we can make from corten
House numbers, address signs, entranceway panels, privacy screens and feature fencing. Modern or rustic, we'll design it to suit the property rather than pull something off a shelf.
